Once data has been secured and preserved to evidential standard, it is examined by our forensic specialists who not only have post graduate qualifications in their respective fields, but also have many years of experience carrying out complex investigations in often stressful and time-critical environments. Our team have decades of experience, not only in teasing out the smallest details relevant to a case, but also the capability to explain the subtle nuances of evidential findings to a non-technical audience in the boardroom or at Court.

Our forensic specialists have over 20 years’ experience in this field, working on commercial, civil and criminal investigations in cases including child protection, harassment, fraud, abuse of privilege, murder, people trafficking, drugs, theft and forgery.

Our team has extensive expert witness experience including appointment by the Crown Prosecution Service. Our First Response forensics team has worked closely with the Metropolitan Police, Greater Manchester Police, the Council of Europe and Interpol, as well as a number of leading international law firms.
